We work for our customers.  Our goal is to interpret exactly what our customer is looking to achieve, make necessary suggestions, make them aware of all options and strive to bring their concept to reality.   

327 Oakwood, Bethany Beach 2 level addition...

Homeowners wanted to add to their square footage with a new living room and master suite as well as an updated kitchen and hall bath.  
Fresh paint throughout, LVP flooring throughout the living areas and master suite with a beautiful Natural Cedar Siding to top it off.  A beautiful enlarged front porch and a bumped out side adding character and curb appeal.  Wonderful people to work with they are reporting that the renovation almost doubled their rental income.   YES!!!

Homeowners wanted to add another TV room for visiting family members.  This loft and bathroom addition (not pictured) made this Bayside floor plan much more accommodating.

Great customers to work for, these owners wanted to get their condo, with awesome ocean views, ready for a profitable rental season.  We demoed an outdated kitchen and removed walls to open the kitchen up making it much more functional and pleasing to the eye.  See for yourself and check to that beautiful backsplash!!

We also installed LVP floors and upgraded the baseboard and interior doors to solid core 5 panel doors. Removal of popcorn ceilings and painting throughout.

Reconfiguring of a kitchen in Bayside...
 

Homeowners couldn't accept being stuck with the limited options the production builders offered.  So we came in and worked with the homeowners on a design to reconfigure the island into a massive entertainment area.  We added color with a new glass subway backsplash with a gorgeous picture frame feature and pot filler behind the stove.  The beautiful quartz countertops actually do sparkle!  Check it out.

This house was once the Bethany Beach Post Office in the 1960's off of Kent Ave and Garfield Pkwy one block in from Rt. 1.  It was relocated in 2000 meaning the foundation, well and septic are relatively new.  We tore off the roof, gutted some interior walls and ceiling joists, strippped the siding and a lot more!  We squared off the footprint with a new addition, re-built some interior walls, relocated the stairs, raised the walls in the existing additions to match the main house's 9' walls and added a new second floor.   We added new windows, Hardibacker siding trimmed with Azek brand trim boards, hardwood floors and a spacious kitchen with white cabinets and crown moulding.

​This home includes many upgrades that we consider standard.  A beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, paver walkway to the mailbox, stone veneer on the foundation matching the landscaping wall for added asthetics and siding variations to accent.   Hardwood floors throughout the living areas.

​This home also had bad window and door flashing which has been letting water in since being constructed.  Nor'easters pounded the front of this home so we installed new multilock doors which opened out instead of inward so that high winds would actually seal the doors even better from rain.  We also demoed the deck boards and added Duradek membrane to each of the front decks.

​We added on approximately 1600 sqft. to a popular 80's salt box floor plan and relocated the kitchen, added a master suite and bedroom.  Why stop there?  We also updated trim in existing rooms, reconfigured some existing walls and added dark hardwood throughout the downstairs living areas.  New Siding with vinyl trim to set off the curb appeal, new skylights, roof and landscaping.  Homeowners are once again happy with the reflection on their rental income.
